If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased from The Lumaria, you can return or exchange them under the following conditions.

Return Conditions

• Products must be in their original packaging and unused .
• You can make a return request within 14 days from the date of order delivery.
• Special print and personalized products cannot be returned.

Change Conditions

• If there is a manufacturing defect in your product, you can contact us within 7 days and request a replacement.
